The darlings of European festivals and lovers of wild club parties are existing under front man Barry Ashworth already for 17 years. Found in 1996 in London they got the attention because of songs like There’s Gonna Be a Riot and Best Got Better. Thanks to their debut album Point Blank they started to travel the world. In 2001 they released the album Six Million Ways to Live and the remix album Y4K: Next Level Breaks. Dub Pistols are mixing dub, break beat and ska in a way, that their music was even used as soundtracks, e.g. Blade II, Bad Company and Mystery Man. Their latest album is Worshipping The Dollar from 2012, after what they went on a big European tour. The next album White Lines is already in the making, let’s hope they bring it also to Prague!
