With this year’s album INTO THE WILD LIFE, which will be released 10th of April, Halestorm are bringing out one of the deepest and most eclectic albums of their career. Halestorm are pushing the borders and are showing their versatility.

“The album is for me about independence and courage, which is necessary for the journey into the unknown.”, says Hale.

Halestorm decided to record all the songs live in the studio with the help of producer Jay Joyce (Cage the Elephant, Eric Church).

Instead of recording the album in a big studio in Los Angeles or New York Halestorm recorded in a little studio in Nashville. When they weren’t in the studio, they caught the southern atmosphere in the city and its music. The city and also the music, which Hale listened to, like Black Sabbath, Alice Coopera and Led Zeppelin, inspired during the whole process of making the album.  “Let’s work with things we got inspired by. Instead of making a new motor, we were the motor by our own. ”

The first single of the album INTO THE WILD LIFE is Apocalyptic, a blues song about a wild relationship and its sexual chemistry.

Halestrom won in 2013 the Grammy for the Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance. No surprise, that the concert on the 13^th of August in the Lucerna Music Bar will be a great experience.
