Amy says about the album: “It’s been about 2 and a half years in the making which is the longest I’ve ever taken with an album. At the time I wanted things to happen quicker but now that it’s finished I’m glad we’ve taken the time.“

Here you can listen to the acoustic version of Down By The Water – song from the new album, which was recorded live in the studio RAK:

The album was produced by Cam Blackwood (George Ezra, Florence and the Machine) and also the producer duo My Riot (London Grammar, Birdy).

Amy released with her sweet 29 years already 3 albums (debut album from 2007 This Is The Life, A Curious Thing from 2010 and Life In A Beautiful Light from 2012) and she sold worldwide over 5 million records. For the new album she worked with musicians, who she knows already many years. That is Jimmy Sims (bass guitar) and Ben Parker (acoustic guitar).

„I feel so proud of the songs and am so pleased with the record. There are so many incredible moments and I really feel this record features some of my best work. I’m excited to finally share it with my fans and I believe there is so much that will also appeal to new fans.”, says Amy.
