Concert of German dream-pop duo Me and My Drummer was moved from February 22nd to April 17th. The reason is sickness of the singer Charlotte Brandi. She is having Laryngitis and makes her impossible to speak, or even sing. Meanwhile, we’re wishing her to get better and heal soon! Purchased tickets are valid for the new date. If you can’t make it on April, you can return the tickets at the point of purchase till February 29th.
We are sorry for any inconvenience.
After a longer time of silence, the pop duo Me And My Drummer from Berlin is back. They debut album The Hawk, The Beak, The Prey was three years ago released. On the 22nd of January is Charlotte Brandi together with Matze Pröllochs back in the Lucerna Music Bar to present their new album Love Is A Fridge.
Prague as a station on their tour has to be a stop. The reason? One of the songs of their new album is called Prague I & II. This song can represent the difference between the straight melodies of their debut and the more colorful and fresh sound of the upcoming album. You will hear chances in the rhythm, a great instrumentation and inspiration in rhythm’n’blues and Indian gamelan. In the first single Blue Splinter View you will hear a rock sound, but this is just one color of their palette, which Me And My Drummer for us prepared.
As a special guest is another duo playing, the Czech band Sundays On Clarendon Road. They played already at Colours of Ostrava.
Support will be Tristan Brusch, also a musician from Berlin.
