About the event:

Mňága a Žďorp are coming back to the round stage of Lucerna Music Bar this December and a few guests will come along – Golda from Znouzectnost, the keyboard player Milan Nytra or Petr Váša, the demon from Brno.

This will be an active autumn and winter for Mňága a Žďorp. They will play the usual lot of concerts and in the beginning of next year they will go to Australia for the first time besides which they are also finishing their fourteenth studio album coming out next year.

In October, the band released a new video for the song Salám banán featuring Tomáš Klus. It was directed by Tomáš Krejčí and taken during the sold-out anniversary concert in Forum Karlín.

Besides playing concerts, Mňága a Žďorp work on a new album. Just like the previous one, Třínohý pes, it will be recorded in Sono studio in Prague and produced by Milan Cimfe. The songs are ready, there is ten of them and some could have been heard already on summer festivals. “Every song needs to play comfortably and on top of that it has to be great. If it’s not great, i.e. we couldn’t play it live straight after Hodinový hotel, then we chuck it and try another one.” Petr Fiala says.

The album is being released in autumn 2019 and just like the previous two albums it is financed through a crowd funding portal Startovač. For Třínohý pes and Made in China fans have contributed nearly 1.5 million crowns.
